- Duties: Assists Dr. Fleming with clinical procedures, X-rays, impressions, clinical adjustments, sterilization, and patient education regarding hygiene and appliances.
- Has worked in orthodontics since 2004.

- Favorite thing about orthodontics: Fun and friendly atmosphere for patients of all ages.
- Favorite thing about working with Dr. Fleming: Dr. Fleming provides very personalized orthodontic treatment to each patient. He takes the time to identify each patient's needs and strives to accomplish each individual's goals.
- Favorite thing about my job: Our staff always works together as a team to create great smiles. The relationships we have with our patients and their families makes coming to work every day a joy.
- Native of Germantown, Maryland.
- Has lived in Falls Church, Virginia since July 2004.
- Family: Debra (mom), John (dad), Cullen (brother).
- Hobbies: Working out, swimming, cycling, reading, cooking, and preparing for dental school.
- Graduated from Virginia Tech with a B.S. in Science of Food, Nutrition, and Exercise with a minor in Chemistry and enrolled in the pre-dental program. Go Hokies!
- Duties: Assisting Dr. Fleming, inventory, clinical adjustments, laboratory duties, equipment and instrument maintenance, X-rays, patient education and motivation.
- Has worked in orthodontics since 2002, and previously for 12 years in oral surgery.
- Has worked with Dr. Fleming since 2002.
- Favorite thing about orthodontics: Working hands on with the patients, and seeing the end results after working towards a great smile.
- Favorite thing about working with Dr. Fleming: He's fun to work with side by side and his demeanor is just great, which all amounts to being a great boss.
- Favorite thing about my job: Seeing the changes in both our patients and families as they visit our office.

- Has lived in Springfield, Virginia since 1989.
- Family: Joe (husband), Martin (son), Alexis (daughter), Tyler (son).
- Hobbies: Ice Skating, roller-blading, shopping, and spending time with family and friends.
- I love Sci-Fi, mysteries, and action packed movies - especially horror films. My favorite holidays are Halloween and Christmas. I love spending time with my extended family, which include: our two dogs (Max and Fredrick), our hamster (Peanut Butter), our fish (Fish), and our tortoise (Spike).

- Has worked in orthodontics since 1999, and previously in general dentistry for 11 years.
- Has worked with Dr. Fleming since 1999.
- Favorite thing about orthodontics: The positive impact that we have on our patients.
- Favorite thing about working with Dr. Fleming: Dr. Fleming is an excellent orthodontist, boss, and friend. He is such a great and caring person to work for because he is very easy going and takes the time to get to know each patient and employee personally.
- Favorite thing about my job: The staff and patients make my job fun and not a "job."

- Family: Douglas (fiancé), Jordan (son), Jasmine (daughter), Giselle (daughter).
- Hobbies: I like spending time with my friends and family, going to water parks, going to the beach and dancing. I also like watching soccer and going fishing.
- Duties: Taking care of and running the best orthodontic practice in Northern Virginia!
- Has worked in orthodontics since 1998, and previously in oral surgery for 18 years.

- Favorite thing about orthodontics: Working with such great patients and families. And of course creating beautiful smiles!
- Favorite thing about working with Dr. Fleming: He genuinely cares about his patients, is an expert in what he does, and is truly a pleasure to work with.
- Favorite thing about my job: Meeting new patients and their families and having lots of fun at the same time. We truly work as a team here, which makes work so enjoyable.

- Have lived in Fairfax Station, Virginia since 1993.
- Family: Rick (husband), RJ (son), Nannette (daughter).
- Hobbies: Going to Virginia Tech football games with my husband to cheer on the Hokies, and taking care of our two Yorkies, Bailey and Daisy.
- I enjoy traveling abroad, and visiting my children. I also enjoy shopping, and watching comedies.
