Carmen Almanza

I have been an orthodontic assistant since 2006 and am responsible for assisting Dr. Fleming during procedures, preparing appliances, and instructing our patients on good oral hygiene. I want our patients and their families to feel as if they can trust us with their smiles. I love the one-on-one interaction I get with a wide variety of people and I feel like I make new friends every day.

I am married to Raul, and we have three children - Bryan, Sarah, and Patrick. One of my favorite activities is hanging out with my children. We often play soccer, read, and enjoy movies together. I also enjoy volunteering at their schools and taking Zumba classes.

Elena Gorham

I am the head orthodontic clinical assistant, managing both the clinic and the lab, as well as assisting with administrative duties and educating our patients about their orthodontic treatment. I do whatever is necessary to make our patients comfortable. I love seeing the end results once treatment has been completed. Our patients leave with the most gorgeous smiles!

My husband's name is William and we have two sons, Martine and Tyler, a daughter named Alexis, and our daughter-in-law, Veronica. I enjoy reading novels, taking long walks, and going to Zumba classes. I also go rollerblading, ice skating, shopping, and organize holiday events for my family.

Jeannette Jimenez

I am the office administrator for the best orthodontic practice in the DC metro area! I have the pleasure of assisting our patients and families, as well as helping Dr. Fleming with his practice and staff. I make sure every patient feels welcomed - whether they are a new patient or a patient we've practically seen grow up! I love getting up each and every day knowing it is going to be a great day at work.

I am married to my high school sweetheart, Rick, and have two wonderful grown children, RJ and Nannette. We also have a handsome grandson, Connor and two Yorkies, Bailey and Daisy. In our spare time, my husband and I enjoying visiting with our children, traveling, and taking care of our dogs.

Monica Chavez

I am one of Dr. Fleming's orthodontic assistants, helping him in the clinical area, taking X-rays, and coordinating Invisalign treatments. I always try to make our patients feel comfortable in our office and make them feel like family. I love seeing the patients from the start of their treatment through to their wonderful results.

My husband's name is Richard and we have two sons, Javier and Juan-Carlos, and a black Lab named Leia. In my free time I love dancing, cooking, watching movies, making floral arrangements, and spending time with my family. I also love the Cowboys!
